In addition to three varieties from the Coffee Axis:
- Santagueda (fine Trinidadian aroma). Río Verde (Criollo Porcelain) and Monsalve (Cacao originally from Quindío which had become extinct in the department when it was replaced years ago by coffee crops and which today we have recovered for Quindío.
