It is a violet bean cocoa with white traces, fine aroma, with great taste qualities, as its name indicates, this variety, which is commercially known as FEAR5, comes from the municipality of Arauquita, in the Department of Arauca.
It is a superior type room that has an area of 26.16 square meters, in a single space, which is decorated with the work "Sirirí" by Daniel Toro and a triptych of hummingbirds by Julián Martínez. Everything is adorned with a small semi-private covered balcony that overlooks the garden and a view from the room to the central patio.

This room receives this name in honor of the Santander region, which has been the cradle of many of the best cocoas in the country, as well as being the area where San Vicente de Chicurí, the Cocoa Capital of Colombia, is located. From there comes the FSV41 "Cocoa of Excellence" at the Paris Chocolate Show four times and the FSV1 and FSV155 cocoas that have also achieved the same recognition once. These are purple bean cocoas with traces of white and many completely white beans. They are fine aroma, with great taste qualities.

This room is named in honor of the municipality of Urabá Antioquia, the birthplace of Chigorodó 8 cocoa, Fedecacao Chogorodó 8 (FCHI8), the only cocoa from Antioquia that has been recognized with the "Cocoa of Excellence" award at the Paris Chocolate Show. This cocoa is fine aroma, with exceptional taste qualities.
