TASTING MENU

Tasting menu in seven courses that covers the different regions of the Colombian geography (Orinoquía and Amazonia, Central Massif, Pacific, Caribbean and Eastern Andes). Includes a surprise signature dish inspired by Colombian cooking techniques, with local products and influences of cocoa, chocolate, coffee and rum. It is done for groups of at least six (6) people.
